A Myriad representative can help you set up your provider portal account.
Sample Collection
Sample collection can take place in-office, at centralized labs, through mobile phlebotomy for blood draws, or, if ordering the Foresight® Carrier Screen, at your patient’s homes.
Ask your Myriad representative about the sample collection process.
